Our team of therapists are specialized in rehabilitation methods specifically designed for older adults and is strongly committed to enhancing the quality of life for each resident.
OUR PROCESS THAT PROVIDES SOLUTIONS
Once a skilled therapy need has been identified, therapists will conduct a full initial evaluation, which is an opportunity to get to know each resident and their specific rehabilitation needs! Afterwards, a full plan of treatment is created to help you reach your wellness goals.
These treatment options are individualized to take care of each person’s unique needs. Options include modalities and hands-on exercises that decrease pain, promote healing, and restore function.
Physical therapy is designed to strengthen and promote endurance, targeting swelling, joint pain, and limited motion while promoting fall reduction through balance training.
Occupational therapy works on the functional skills required to complete everyday tasks, with a focus on mobility.
Speech therapy improves swallowing skills through muscle strengthening, and addresses expressive and receptive communication skills while incorporating cognitive retraining.
